EXCLUSIVE: The bride will wear BLACK! Gabi Grecko, 25, reveals she will NOT don a virginal white dress for her upcoming nuptials to fiance Geoffrey Edelsten, 71

She was never married before settling down with her much older beau Geoffrey Edelsten earlier this year.

And while it is customary to wear white to your first wedding, Gabi Grecko has revealed she won't be wearing the virginal shade for her upcoming nuptials to the 71-year-old businessman.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, the 25-year-old vampy model and DJ has revealed she will cross over to the dark side and don a black gown for the couple's wedding later this year.

It was first thought that Gabi was on the hunt for a wedding gown as she attended bridal designer Alin Le' Kal's catwalk show on Thursday evening.

But Gabi says that was not the case. 

'I didn't necessarily find a wedding dress because I want a cheap homecoming dress, but I did find a lot of great pieces for upcoming events for fashion that I think would totally rock,' she explained.

While there were some unusual creations that came down the makeshift runway at the event on Thursday night, it was Gabi who once again stole the show in her own outrageous outfit. 

The blonde bombshell donned a silver, gold and black metallic dress from Patricia Fields teamed with silver Christian Louboutin stilettos and Agent Provocateur jewellery. 

Letting her bold outfit do all the talking, she wore her blonde hair out in waves and applied some natural looking makeup to her complexion.

Making new friends: Gabi said she had a ball mingling with new pals

While Geoffrey is in Miami attending court proceedings surrounding his US bankruptcy case, Gabi said she had a ball on her night out without her beau. 

'It was really great I felt like I was home in NYC,' she said. 

'I haven't been to a fashion show since last fashion week, it was a really great show.

'I met a lot of people there, drank chanpange and had my favorite kind of night.'

She said several people at the event lavished praise on her about her style. 

'I met a lot of fashion enthusiasts and bloggers that only had great things to say about my style,' she said. 

'Things like, we always can't wait to see what your wearing. It's great to keep people guessing.'

America’s Got Talent may be about the contestants but all eyes were on Heidi Klum and Mel B on Wednesday.

The judges were both flashing lots of cleavage as they walked the red carpet in New York ahead of the show while wearing cheap homecoming dresses.

Heidi and Mel joked about how revealing their outfits were once they got to the studio, posing for an Instagram shot while pretending that they were naked.

The supermodel captioned the snap, ‘Forgot to get dressed for #AGT tonight,’ while the Spice Girl also shared it with the words: ‘Where did our clothes go @heidiklum arrrrhhhhh we are live right now @nbcagt.’

Heidi, 41, was all about the va va voom in a tiny black frock which featured a sheer lace panel and silver cobweb detailing.

The German beauty left her long and lean legs on display in the mini-dress, which she paired with silver strappy sandals and dramatic drop earrings.

Meanwhile Mel nearly spilled out of her skintight floor-length gown, which featured a black top and white, black and pink skirt.

The 39-year-old teamed it with black sandals and while her raven locks were slicked back, Heidi wore her blonde tresses flowing to one side.

Nick Cannon was looking very snazzy in a white blazer printed with butterfly designs, along with a brown turtleneck and black trousers.

Meanwhile Howie Mandel kept things simple in an all-black ensemble which featured a denim shirt, leather trousers, shiny shoes and a trilby hat.

Heidi was having some fun backstage and got hold of Nick’s phone, using it to post some pictures of herself to his Twitter page.

One showed her holding a sign that said: ‘Nick!!! I got your phone. Did find some saucy pix on there…… should I share?’

America’s Got Talent is currently in its ninth season in the quarterfinals stage, with the final scheduled for September 17.
